It is my philosophy that I am in business not only to acquire new customers and give them the best service I can but more importantly to keep any new and existing customers happy.
Never will I or anyone in my organization profit by recommending to a customer that they replace there Hvac system just because it is ten years or older and may need only a minor repair.
All to often large and dishonest companies pressure the service technicians to sell and have set sales goals for them to sell new systems to customers when they are not needed. However if your system is truly on it's last legs I will let you know and give you the option to repair it or replace it. Ultimately it is up to the customer to make that decision.
After diagnosing the problem Mike's Heating and Air Conditioning will give you a complete and exact cost of the repair before we begin. If you decide not to authorize a repair all you owe is our low diagnostic fee plus tax.
We are constantly striving to exceed your expectations and believe we are the best value in the area. I also give a FREE 2nd opinion for Compressor and Heat Exchanger failures. This service could save you hundreds.

As Covid-19 continues to impact our area, I am actively watching any updates from the CDC and other health officials. I am severely limiting our work schedule here for lack of ppe's (Mask's, Gloves and protective coveralls)
Please be patient if you are a maintenance agreement customer. We will get to you but we may only service the outdoor section of your system this season to protect you and ourselves.
Right now I am honestly not sure when we will resume performing maintenance agreements and regular service. I will be prioritizing emergency service calls in the future according to my PPE stock.
We do reserve the right to terminate service in a situation where the technician notices any symptoms like coughing, shortness of breath or a visual indication someone is sick in the household.
This is an unprecedented situation for all of us and I will do the best I can for my customers.
