Air Conditioning Tips:
-
Always turn your air conditioning system or heat
pump off if there is a threat of a storm. A lightning power surge, or if
the power is going off and on, can ruin your air conditioning system. We
get a lot of repair calls after a storm.
-
Do not short cycle your air conditioner or heat
pump. If you turn your system off, always wait 3 to 5 minutes to allow the
refrigerant pressure to equalize before turning your system back on. Not
waiting the 3 to 5 minutes is very hard on the compressor because it's
trying to start under non-equalized high pressure.
-
We recommend changing your air filters every month.
-
Hope you all have a safe and enjoyable Summer
Cooling Season!

Heating Tips:
-
If you have a fossil fuel (Natural Gas, Liquid
Propane, Oil, Coal, Wood burning) furnace purchase a good Carbon Monoxide
detector for every room.
